ORDER DEADLINES

Deadline Extension: If you need to extend the deadline for placing an order beyond 22 November, you can do so by paying a rush fee, extending the deadline to 27 November. This condition applies only to DreambooksPro orders.

Rush Fee: For DreambooksPro orders, the rush fee will be disabled from 17 November and will become available again when production times return to normal, from 16 January 2027.

Note: The rush fee is used to ensure that your orders are placed within the applicable deadlines and does not represent a reduction in production time.

Order Payment: Your orders must be placed and paid for by the dates mentioned above to be eligible for shipment before Christmas. We recommend prioritising automatic payment methods whenever possible, such as PayPal or VISA. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. within the specified deadlines. Orders will only enter production once payment has been confirmed.

Variable Production Times: For DreambooksPro, standard production times for orders placed from 17 November onwards may not be met. Christmas products and OnelabPro orders will maintain their standard production times, with these only no longer being guaranteed from 27 November onwards. Standard production times will be guaranteed again for orders placed from 9 January 2027 onwards.

Repairs: Product repairs requested by customers will not be carried out between 23 November and 15 January 2027.

Sample Orders: Sample orders will be available during this period and will follow the production deadlines established for the Christmas season.

Important: After November 22, OnelabPro and Christmas product orders must be placed separately from DreambooksPro orders to ensure they can be shipped before Christmas. Otherwise, they will be shipped after this date.

Shipment before Christmas cannot be guaranteed for orders placed after the deadlines stated above.
